How to add students to a class in your institution

7 step guide for Eigo.AI manager users.

Students join classes themselves with the class Join Code and PIN Code. Share these details only with the students who should join the class.

If you would prefer Eigo.AI to bulk register students on your institution's behalf, please contact us and let us know you require this service.

Sign in to Eigo.AI and click "Institution".

Click "Classes".

Find the class you want students to join.

Copy the class "Join Code".

Reveal the "PIN Code" with the eye icon.

Share the Join Code and PIN Code with your students.

Ask students to open Account > Institution > Join Institution, enter the Class Join Code and PIN Code, and click "Join".

Once students join, they appear in the class and institution. Their progress is visible to permitted teacher and manager accounts.
