How to view users in your institution

Use “Show users as” to select Usernames, Full names, or Anonymized. Full names falls back to the username when no full name is recorded. Anonymized shows ********** for names and email fields, including CSV exports, and suppresses identifying tooltips. User-table and submission-log names use the same compact width in Username and Full names modes; hover over a shortened name to see it in full. Detail dialogs inherit the view’s selection. Each reporting view remembers its own choice for your signed-in account in this browser; changing one view does not change the others. This display setting masks account labels, not names or personal information written inside student responses.

Here's how to read each column: - User & Email: Shows the selected username or full name and associated email (if available). Anonymized shows asterisks and replaces emails with asterisks. - Role: Indicates whether the user is a manager, teacher, or a student. - Class & Level: Displays the class and proficiency level assigned. - Access Until: Shows the access expiration date (if any). - Sharing: Indicates if a user is sharing their progress with a teacher under your institution. - Lessons Attempted / Completed: Tracks lesson activity status. - Total Score: Sum of all points earned. - Total Time: Time spent across all activities. - Last Active: Last login or activity timestamp.

For newly joined or newly created students, Access Until stays blank until an access code is redeemed or an access period is set. Temporary full access may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

When a student's Access Until date passes, the student remains in your institution and class as a free account. Their progress stays visible, but full-access features are limited until an access code is redeemed or a new access period is set. Institutional members are not scheduled for idle-account deletion while they remain in the institution.
