*What are AI tokens?

AI tokens are required by the Write and Discuss activities, as well as word look-ups in the Read activity. One AI-powered writing check consumes approx 1000 tokens. One discussion plus evaluation consumes approx 2000 tokens. One word look-up consumes approx 100 tokens. Actual token consumption depends on user level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and length of user responses.
