Before you purchase. This guide covers direct purchase through Eigo.AI: ¥2,000 for four months. University bookstore access cards are a separate six-month offer. Follow your teacher’s purchasing instructions. If you already have a bookstore code, redeem that code instead of buying access again.
Log in to your student account and open Account → Institution. Check that the institution and class shown are correct. If you have not joined yet, follow the class-joining guide first.
Click Purchase Access Code under Eigo.AI Academic (Japan / 4 months / ¥2000). This purchase option appears when no Access Until date is displayed. If you already have an access date, check it before arranging further access.
Read the confirmation for four months at ¥2,000, then click OK to continue to the payment page.
Check the order details, enter your credit or debit card details, and click Pay to complete the purchase.
After successful payment, access is applied automatically to the account you purchased from; you do not need to enter a code manually. Return to Account → Institution and refresh the page to check your Access Until date.
If access does not appear. Check that you are signed in to the same account used for the purchase. If payment succeeded but access is still missing after refreshing, contact support with your receipt and username before purchasing again.
