Before you redeem. Use this guide if you already have an access code from your university bookstore or institution. Bookstore cards provide six months of access; the four-month offer in the direct-purchase guide applies to purchases through Eigo.AI. Check the duration supplied with your code and follow your teacher’s instructions.
Log in to your student account and open Account → Institution. Check your institution and class. If needed, join your class first using the class join code and PIN supplied by your teacher. These are separate from your access code.
Click Redeem Access Code. If an Access Until date is already displayed, first expand Redeem another code to reveal the button.
Enter your 12-character access code in the three boxes, four characters per box. Use only the digits 0–9 and letters A–F; the hyphens are already shown between the boxes. Click Redeem Code.
If you still have time remaining on your current institutional access, read the confirmation carefully. Redeeming now replaces your current access period; unused days are not added to the new period. The confirmation shows how many days you would lose. Cancel if you want to keep your current period, or confirm only if you intend to replace it.
After successful redemption, the page reloads. Check the Access Until date under Account → Institution. The new access period starts when the code is redeemed, using the duration attached to that code.
If the code is rejected. Check all three groups for typing errors. A code can be redeemed only once. If you see “Code not found” or “Code was already redeemed” and need help, contact your teacher or support.
When access expires. Your account remains in the institution and class, and your saved progress is kept. Full-access features are limited until you redeem another access code or your institution renews your access.
